A live experience kids and adults can feel
The drum isn’t background music — you feel it in the room. Add the movement and athleticism of elite dancers, dramatic lighting and one-on-one battles, and families get a live experience that’s difficult to reproduce on a screen.
You don’t need powwow experience
First-time guests are welcome. You don’t need to know the categories or contest system before arriving. PDC #2 is designed to introduce audiences to the dancers and let the competition, singing and storytelling bring them into the experience.

Come to the free Indigenous Market on Friday, October 23, browse Indigenous vendors, then return Saturday evening for the championship show.
