What Is Runway of Rezilience?

Runway of Rezilience is an Indigenous-led multidisciplinary fashion and cultural event produced by Seeing Red, an Indigenous-owned media company based at Six Nations of the Grand River. Fashion anchors the evening, but the program also includes visual art, beadwork, textiles, jewellery, an Indigenous marketplace, culinary experiences and live performances.

Seeing Red says the 2026 edition includes more than 20 artistic, cultural and interactive experiences across Evergreen Brick Works.

2026 Theme: Tales of the Skywalkers

The 2026 theme honours Mohawk and Haudenosaunee ironworkers whose labour and skill helped build major skylines including New York and Toronto. Seeing Red is presenting that story through fashion, culture and storytelling.
