The VIP Powwow Experience is not a tour. It is a privilege.
For five days, you will step beyond the role of observer and into the sacred circle of Indigenous culture—guided by elders, welcomed by knowledge keepers, and transformed by traditions that have endured for thousands of years.
Only 50 people per year will experience this journey. Only 10 per group. Only those who understand that true luxury is not comfort—it is authenticity, depth, and access to what cannot be replicated.
If you have traveled the world, collected experiences, and found yourself searching for something deeper—something real—this invitation is for you.
The VIP Powwow Experience was created for discerning travelers who have seen the world's most celebrated destinations and realized that the most profound journeys are not to places, but to understanding.
You have stayed in the finest hotels. You have dined at Michelin-starred restaurants. You have witnessed sunsets from private yachts and summited mountains with expert guides.
But have you sat in a circle with Indigenous elders as they share stories passed down through generations? Have you tasted traditional foods prepared the way they have been for centuries? Have you stood in the arena of a powwow—not as a spectator, but as a participant—learning the meaning behind every drumbeat, every dance, every song?
This is not about luxury accommodations or fine dining. This is about access to something far more valuable: authentic Indigenous culture, presented with respect, depth, and the kind of intimacy that only comes when you are welcomed—not sold to.
Only 5 VIP Powwow Experiences are offered per year. Only 10 guests per group. This is not mass tourism—it is curated, intentional, and profoundly personal. Your questions are answered. Your curiosity is honored.
Every moment is guided by Indigenous educators, elders, and knowledge keepers. These are not performers—they are respected community members who have chosen to share their culture with those who approach with respect.
You will not watch from the sidelines. You will participate. You will learn powwow dance steps, understand the symbolism in regalia, taste traditional foods, and be invited into the circle as a guest of honor.
For three days, front-row seats at one of North America's most powerful cultural celebrations. Expert guides explain the significance of every dance, every drum song, every protocol.
Sit with elders as they share stories passed down through generations—wisdom, history, and profound insight into the human experience. This is not a lecture. This is an honor.
Taste the land. Elk, deer, moose, buffalo, rabbit—prepared using traditional methods. This is authentic, traditional food that connects you to the land and culture in the most primal way.
Access authentic Indigenous art and crafts created by master artisans. One-of-a-kind pieces—regalia, beadwork, traditional crafts. Take home a tangible connection to the culture.
For those seeking full immersion, sleep in a traditional tipi. This is authentic experience of how Indigenous peoples have lived for centuries—adding a layer of connection and adventure.
You arrive in Red Deer, Alberta—gateway to one of the most authentic Indigenous cultural experiences in North America. You are welcomed into the circle. You meet your fellow travelers (only 9 others), your Indigenous guides, and the elders who will lead your journey. You share a traditional meal together. You hear the first stories. You begin to understand that the next five days will change the way you see the world.
Today, you learn. You are introduced to the history, protocols, and significance of the powwow. You learn about different dance styles—Fancy, Traditional, Grass, Jingle, Chicken. You understand the role of the drum, the singers, the arena. You are taught powwow dance steps. You visit the Indigenous cultural marketplace and meet artists. The stories continue. The connections deepen.
The powwow begins. Front-row seat. The drums start. The Grand Entry begins—hundreds of dancers in full regalia. Your guide explains every moment. You understand the significance of the flags, the veterans, the elders. You witness competition dancing at the highest level. Between categories, you step into the arena yourself. You feel the drum in your chest. You understand what it means to be part of the circle.
The powwow continues. You recognize dance styles. You anticipate the protocols. You feel the energy shift. You spend time with knowledge keepers between sessions. You ask the questions that have been forming. You hear stories about resilience, survival, joy, and the enduring power of culture. You realize you are not the same person who arrived three days ago.
The final day of the powwow. The energy is electric. The competition reaches its peak. The final intertribal dance invites everyone into the circle one last time. You dance. You feel the drums. You are part of something ancient and alive. You gather one final time with your group. There is a closing ceremony. There are final words. You leave transformed.
You have traveled extensively. You want depth. You want authenticity. You want to understand, not just observe. You are no longer satisfied with surface-level tourism.
You approach new experiences with humility, curiosity, and genuine interest. You do not seek to consume culture—you seek to connect with it and honor it.
You collect moments, insights, and transformations—not things. You measure value by how deeply an experience changes you, not by its price tag.
You understand that true luxury is access, authenticity, and experiences that money alone cannot buy. You invest in what is genuinely unique and transformative.

If you are reading this and feel called to this experience, we encourage you to inquire immediately. These experiences fill quickly, often months in advance.
"I have traveled to 67 countries. I have stayed in the finest hotels and experienced the world's most celebrated destinations. Nothing—and I mean nothing—has impacted me the way the VIP Powwow Experience did. This is not tourism. This is transformation."
"As someone who values authentic cultural experiences, I was skeptical that anything could live up to the promise of 'immersion.' I was wrong. From the moment we were welcomed into the circle, I felt the depth, the respect, the sacredness. The elders, the stories, the powwow itself—it was beyond anything I could have imagined."
"My husband and I have done private tours all over the world. This was different. This was not curated for our comfort—it was curated for our growth. We were challenged, moved, and profoundly changed."
"I went into this experience thinking I would learn about Indigenous culture. I left realizing I had learned about humanity, resilience, and what it means to truly connect with people whose worldview is entirely different from my own. This is not a tour. This is a gift."
Authenticity cannot be mass-produced. We work directly with Indigenous communities, elders, and knowledge keepers. To maintain the depth, respect, and intimacy that make this transformative, we limit availability. This is about honoring the culture we are privileged to share.
